Nik Tehrani_edited_edited_edited_edited_

As an accomplished SME/Mentor, I play a key role in high-tech incubation facilities. Before immersing myself in the startup ecosystem, I served as a VP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at DynoSense Corp. for over eight years. Our groundbreaking solutions empowered individuals to monitor vital signs at home, providing a revolutionary approach to personal healthcare.

Prior to DynoSense, I led Savitron, Inc., an engineering and consulting services provider. Overseeing remarkable growth, I exceeded yearly projections by over 30% for two consecutive years. I established diverse marketing and sales channels, spanning online retail, contract manufacturing, and collaborations with OEMs, producing networking products, medical instruments, and semiconductor equipment.

My journey includes serving as the Global Director of Program Management at Sanmina-SCI Corporation, a leading EMS provider operating in 45 countries. During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in elevating the mechanical systems division's revenue by over 30% and achieving customer satisfaction levels exceeding 97%.

In a challenging market landscape, I successfully built an electronics and manufacturing consultancy, achieving over $20 million in sales within four years.

My academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Northcentral University, an MBA specializing in Executive Management from Pepperdine University, an MS in Engineering Management from ITU, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Silicon Valley (Cogswell Polytechnical College).

With over two decades of teaching experience, I've contributed as a lecturer and professor at various universities in San Francisco Bay Area. My commitment extends globally, having taught management, marketing, and business courses in diverse locations, including Chile, China, Finland, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

Beyond academia, I've authored two textbooks utilized in MBA classes, created six accredited online university courses, and contributed articles to over forty peer-reviewed journals. Leveraging my teaching and global experience, I've effectively mentored employees in high-tech firms, guiding them to surpass goals in business development.
