In this introductory overview course, you will learn what it takes to market and promote a successful E-Business solution. You will learn how E-Business fits into the marketing mix. You will analyze market trends and case studies, and discuss strategies for acquiring and retaining target customers online. You will also learn what it takes to maintain a successful E-Business program and how to measure results vs. marketing objectives.

Marketing Planning
In this course you will learn how to develop and write a comprehensive marketing plan. Examine how marketing plans change with the life cycle or market conditions of a product or service. You develop a model marketing plan that includes an analysis of competition, pricing, promotion, distribution, and building the value proposition. Special emphasis is placed on adopting and maintaining a customer orientation when creating marketing plans.

Production and Operations Management
This course is designed as an introductory-level course in production and operations management. Emphases will be on planning, organizing, controlling, and a balance between the quantitative aspects and behavioral applications in production/operations management; operations strategy will be the guide for topical integration. The students will learn management process, resource conversion, and concepts, models, behavior, and behavioral applications within production/operations. Specific topics include operations management, operations strategies for competitive advantage, forecasting in operations, product and process design choices, facility and layout planning, scheduling, inventory control and quality control.

Entrepreneurship and Venture Business
This course will cover the entrepreneurial process, evaluation, development and creating a successful business plans. It includes the entrepreneurial approach to resources such as development of organizational structure, market analysis, financing entrepreneurial ventures and screening venture opportunities. Students will experiment and assess whether they have what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

Supply Chain Management
This course is about applying evolving methods in more closely integrating the processes of product distribution and supply chain management using the power of the electronic business. This course introduces specific methods that will allow you to profitably and efficiently fulfill customer demand through the Internet. At the completion of the course you should be able to demonstrate understanding and abilities in this arena.

Introduction to E-Business and Technology
This interdisciplinary and introductory course explores a full range of e-commerce business and technology concepts and examples through case studies and demonstrations. It will help the potential e-commerce managers and professionals visualize and experience the process of planning and executing an e-commerce project.

Introduction to Information Technology Management
This introductory and interdisciplinary course explores a full range of information resources and the fundamental concepts of Management Information Systems and database management. It will help potential IT managers and professionals visualize and experience the process of planning and executing database management. Topics will include database concepts and terminology, data and information processing, information resources and technology trends, and links to various business and management functions such as accounting, finance, and operations management.

Crafting the E-Business Models
This course is designed as a boot camp to learn how to build an E-Business-oriented business model. This course explores E-Business strategy implementation building on the basic concepts taught in "Introduction to E-commerce." The course examines a full range of e-commerce strategies, integration and deployment concepts, technologies, and examples through case studies, class design/integration exercises and illustrations. It will help students visualize and experience the process of designing/developing an e-commerce company.

E-Business Tools for International Business Development
The Internet enables individuals to gain access to information from throughout the world-a great asset to students and working professionals. Due to the importance of the Internet, this course will examine a wide range of Internet tools, which provides international business professionals with ready access to information and generally increases their knowledge of the marketplace. Participants will also learn effective search strategies for market data, industry information and company profiles. The course further examines the transition from traditional means of business interchange to the realities of global and multilingual e-commerce. Participants will also explore E-commerce business models relevant to international trade.

Marketing Management
This course studies marketing management by analyzing real-world cases. Students will learn to implement and execute the marketing process through situation assessment, strategy formulation, marketing planning, marketing implementation and evaluation.

Crafting the Business Models and Strategies to Ensure Success
In this course you will be introduced to a new concept of value equation, key successes and practical exercises that will guide you in applying the value equation to your business. You will learn how to determine the business model(s) to deploy and successfully execute your company's strategy. You will explore what business processes, transaction types and participants need to be combined to create the model that can be deployed, managed and evolved over time. As the strategies evolve, so do the business models.

Organizational Behavior and Management
This course explores the complex dimensions of organizational behavior including examination of experiential and conceptual approaches to communication, self-awareness, perception, motivation, problem solving, and culture. Students apply intrapersonal and interpersonal exploration to management of change, leadership theories and organizational issues.
